Compare your budget in dollars and euros
The developer’s inventory lists prices in US dollars. Converting those figures makes it easier to compare the purchase with your euro budget, but does not lock an exchange rate. Your bank’s rate, fees and the dates of your instalments affect the amount you actually pay. Rental-income and resale conversions may also differ.
Indicative conversion at the ECB reference rate on 14 September 2026: EUR 1 = USD 1.1551. Rounded amounts, excluding bank fees and currency spreads. The reference selling price remains in USD. BCE / ECB
The exchange rate can change your budget
At EUR 1 = USD 1.10, the same USD 101,884 studio would cost approximately EUR 92,622. At EUR 1 = USD 1.20, it would be approximately EUR 84,903. These are illustrative exchange-rate scenarios, not forecasts or payment quotes.
Build your complete purchase budget
Ask for a written quote specifying the unit, taxes, reservation terms, legal costs and leasehold arrangements. Zero buyer agency commission applies to Palm’s agency fee; it does not mean a purchase without other costs. Confirm furnishing, the management agreement and any owner-stay limits.
What would the payment plan look like?
Illustration using a USD 101,884 studio and the developer’s advertised 25% + 6 × 12.5% schedule. The actual contract determines dates and amounts.
Leasehold: 25 years + an advertised 15-year extension.
This is a time-limited contractual right of use, not freehold land ownership. Check the terms, cost and exercise of the extension in the contract.
